We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing professional with strong experience in B2B/Enterprise Marketing and a proven track record across Paid, Organic, and AI Search Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving qualified leads, improving brand visibility, optimizing marketing performance, and connecting digital marketing activities with measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute Paid Marketing campaigns across LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Develop and implement SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies to improve organic and AI search visibility.
- Work on AI Search, AI citations, brand visibility, and emerging search platforms.
- Drive B2B lead generation and enterprise marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI.
- Implement conversion tracking, analytics, and performance optimization strategies.
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research using tools such as SEMrush.
- Manage and optimize marketing data and lead journeys through HubSpot.
- Collaborate with sales and business teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Develop strategies to increase qualified leads and overall marketing-generated revenue.
- Monitor industry trends, Google updates, AI search developments,



and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, and GEO.
- Experience with AI Search, AI citations, and brand visibility.
- Robust understanding of B2B lead generation and enterprise marketing.
- Hands-on experience with SEMrush and HubSpot.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and performance optimization.
- Experience in SaaS, IT Services, Technology, or Enterprise Services.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
- Ability to connect marketing activities with qualified leads and business outcomes.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with or for enterprise technology/service companies such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IBM, Salesforce, or similar organizations will be an advantage.
