Job Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities.
- Allocate work to operators and production team members.
- Monitor production output and ensure daily targets are achieved.
- Ensure production activities are carried out as per standard procedures.
- Monitor product quality and identify production-related issues.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and other departments when required.
- Maintain production records, reports, and attendance details.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
- Ensure 5S and housekeeping standards are maintained on the production floor.
- Report production status and issues to the Production Manager / Supervisor.

Skills Required

- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage production activities.




- Basic knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Excel will be an advantage.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Salary

Salary will be based on qualification, skills, and relevant experience.
