JOB VACANCY – NURSING IN-CHARGE / NABH COORDINATOR

Nursing In-Charge – B.Sc Nursing

Eligibility & Experience

- B.Sc Nursing / B.Sc (Nursing)
- Minimum 3+ years of nursing experience
- Previous experience as a Nursing In-Charge / Senior Staff Nurse preferred
- Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred
- Valid Nursing Council registration

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the nursing department and nursing staff
- Ensure smooth day-to-day nursing operations
- Implement and monitor NABH policies, standards and protocols
- Maintain required NABH documentation, records and checklists
- Conduct regular training sessions and classes for nursing staff




- Educate staff on infection control, patient safety, medication safety and nursing protocols
- Conduct audits and monitor compliance with hospital policies
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments for effective patient care
- Support the hospital during NABH assessments and inspections
- Ensure high standards of patient care, safety and quality
