Position: Customer Service Advisor Experience: Fresher / Up to 6 Months Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month Shift: Rotational Shifts | 8 Hours Language: Excellent Communication Skills in English & Hindi

Job Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our services Communicate with customers professionally through calls and other communication channels Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication Handle customer concerns, queries and complaints professionally Maintain proper records of customer interactions and service requests Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the service process Requirements:



✔ Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi ✔ Valuable listening and interpersonal skills ✔ Confident and professional communication style ✔ Customer-oriented approach ✔ Basic computer knowledge ✔ Willingness to work in rotational shifts ✔ Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome to apply
