Job Summary

We are looking for a Front Desk & Sales Executive responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, and driving sales and centre revenue through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day front desk and centre operations.
- Welcome and assist customers visiting the centre.
- Handle enquiries, calls, walk-ins, and appointment bookings.
- Explain services, packages, and offerings to customers.
- Generate leads through enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Convert leads into appointments and sales.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer records, lead details, and daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and centre staff for smooth customer service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
- Support billing, collections,



and documentation as required.
- Monitor daily sales, targets, and centre performance.
- Support customer retention and encourage repeat visits.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and professional standards at the front desk.
- Achieve monthly centre-wise sales and performance targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, sales, and collections.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
