We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Fashion Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about fashion, enjoys working in a creative environment, and is willing to learn and contribute across different areas of the business.

Along with regular fashion design responsibilities, the role will involve helping manage the day-to-day upkeep of our store and supporting various production processes. Many of our internal processes will be taught on the job, so a willingness to learn and take initiative is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Fashion Design

* Assist with day-to-day fashion design activities.

* Develop and work on design concepts, ideas, and garments.

* Assist with fabric, trims, colours, silhouettes, and other design-related requirements.

* Support fittings, alterations, sampling, and design development as required.

* Maintain an organised record of designs, samples, and production requirements.

Store & Facility Management

* Ensure the store is clean, organised, presentable, and well maintained.

* Take responsibility for the general upkeep of the store and work areas.

* Ensure materials, fabrics, samples, tools, and other items are organised and stored properly.

* Identify and communicate any maintenance or facility-related issues.

* Help maintain a professional and efficient working environment.

Production Support

* Assist the team with ongoing production activities and processes.

* Support with sampling,



garment preparation, finishing, quality checks, and other production-related tasks.

* Coordinate with team members involved in production when required.

* Learn and follow the brand’s existing production processes and standards.

* Take on additional production responsibilities as training and experience develop.

Training & Learning

A significant part of this role will involve learning our processes on the job. You will be trained on various aspects of our design, production, store operations, and internal workflow.

We are looking for someone who is curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning current things rather than someone who is expected to know every process from day one.

* Qualification or relevant experience in Fashion Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.

* A genuine interest in fashion and garment development.

* Basic understanding of fashion design and garment construction.

* Good organisational and time-management skills.

* A hands-on and proactive approach to work.

* Willingness to learn and take responsibility.

* Ability to work independently as well as as part of a team.

* Attention to detail, particularly when working with garments and production.

* Comfortable taking on responsibilities beyond traditional design work.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
