We are hiring a Senior Analyst – Customer Support to join our Customer Support & Service department for a growing Healthcare & Medical Supplies company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, providing solutions, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain accurate customer profiles and data

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues

Maintain solid customer relationships through effective communication





Support new business leads and closures as required

Requirements

Any Graduate Degree

Basic Computer Course / Computer Certificate (preferred)

Good communication skills in English and Hindi

Customer-focused, responsible, and problem-solving attitude

Good interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and data management

Ability to work well in a team
