Dinis International Pre School, Gaur Saundaryam Society, Greater Noida West is looking for a dynamic, responsible and result-oriented Branch Head to lead and manage the overall operations of our preschool branch.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall management and smooth functioning of the branch.
- Lead and supervise academic, administrative and operational activities.
- Manage and monitor teaching, non-teaching, housekeeping and support staff.
- Ensure staff discipline, punctuality, attendance, duty allocation and performance.
- Oversee curriculum implementation, lesson planning, classroom observations and learning outcomes.
- Handle parent communication, feedback, queries and grievance resolution professionally.
- Manage admissions, enquiries, parent counselling, follow-ups and admission conversions.
- Coordinate with the Management and Marketing Team for local marketing, branding, events and admission campaigns.
- Coordinate school activities, celebrations, exhibitions, events and promotional programmes.
- Ensure proper maintenance of ERP, student records, fee records, attendance and all branch registers.




- Monitor fee collection and follow-up of pending fees.
- Supervise the Daycare operations, including student safety, staff deployment, hygiene and parent communication.
- Ensure strict compliance with child safety, fire safety, hygiene, security and safeguarding protocols.
- Coordinate teacher training and staff development programmes.
- Monitor classroom teaching, teacher performance and overall academic quality.
- Coordinate approved social-media content, photographs, videos and branch updates.
- Maintain confidentiality of student, parent, staff and school information.
- Ensure professional conduct and effective communication with parents, staff and Management.
- Take responsibility for the overall performance, discipline, admissions, parent satisfaction and growth of the branch.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
