- Plan and manage day-to-day manufacturing activities as per production schedules.
- Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of plant capacity, manpower, equipment, utilities and raw materials.
- Monitor critical process parameters, production yield, process losses, wastage and plant productivity.
- Handle process deviations, breakdowns, troubleshooting, start-up, shutdown and product changeovers.
- Manage complete packing operations including weighing, filling, sealing, stacking and material movement.
- Ensure packing accuracy and control product spillage, damaged packs and packaging-material wastage.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on raw-material availability, plant capacity and dispatch requirements.
- Coordinate with Stores, Maintenance, and Dispatch teams for smooth plant operations.




- Monitor manufacturing and packing cost per MT and identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
- Maintain production records, batch records, packing reports, downtime reports and operational logbooks.
- Prepare Daily Production Reports and Monthly Production MIS.
- Monitor key production KPIs including production quantity, capacity utilization, raw-material consumption, packing efficiency, production losses, rejection/rework, breakdown hours and manpower productivity.
- Liaising with concerned government authorities related to the company’s production activities and statutory requirements.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
