We are looking for a high-performing Senior Security Specialist to lead and strengthen our on-ground security operations. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant setting through effective shift management, incident response, and team leadership.

As the tactical lead, you will play a key role in managing security operations, responding to incidents, and coordinating with internal stakeholders and external authorities.

???? Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

- Lead and manage assigned shifts, ensuring smooth operations and strict adherence to security protocols

Incident Management

- Act as the first responder for security and safety incidents

- Ensure timely escalation and coordinate follow-up actions with the Site Security Manager

Reporting & Documentation

- Review and validate incident reports for accuracy and completeness

- Maintain proper documentation using incident management systems

Vulnerability Assessment

- Conduct regular security checks, including penetration testing, to identify and mitigate risks

Stakeholder Coordination





- Serve as the point of contact for statutory authorities and media during unplanned visits

- Collaborate with RSOC for threat monitoring and incident resolution

Emergency Preparedness

- Lead emergency drills and ensure readiness across teams for crisis situations

Team Leadership & Mentorship

- Guide and mentor Security Specialists to build a culture of vigilance and continuous improvement

???? Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

- 5+ years of experience in security operations

- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role

- Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills

- Proficiency in MS Office and incident management tools (e.g., Resolver, Everbridge)

- Excellent communication and reporting skills
