Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of an AJFAN Retail Store, lead the sales team, achieve sales targets, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the retail store.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store sales team.
- Allocate staff duties and manage shift schedules.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor stock receiving, transfers, inventory, and stock accuracy.
- Control stock damage, shortages, and discrepancies.
- Ensure proper product display and store visual merchandising.
- Monitor daily sales, billing, cash handling, and store transactions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with AJFAN company policies, procedures, and SOPs.




- Train and develop sales staff to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
- Coordinate with HR, Warehouse, Finance, and Head Office as required.
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to employees.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of current store employees.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 2–5 years of retail experience.
- Previous experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Senior Sales Executive is preferred.
- Strong sales and team-handling skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of POS, billing, inventory systems, and MS Office.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per store requirements.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
