We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tender Executive to manage and coordinate the complete tendering process, particularly for Indian Railways and railway-related projects. The candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant railway tenders, evaluating tender requirements, preparing and submitting bids, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of all tender documents. Key Responsibilities Search, identify and track relevant Railway tenders and government tenders on portals such as IREPS, GeM, CPPP and other e-tendering platforms. Review tender documents, NITs, BOQs, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms. Prepare and compile complete technical and commercial tender documents as per tender requirements. Coordinate with the estimation, accounts, purchase, technical and project teams for preparation of bids. Prepare BOQ, rate analysis, price bids and comparative statements. Check tender eligibility, EMD, tender fee, security deposit, performance guarantee and other financial requirements. Prepare and submit EMD/BG-related documentation and coordinate with banks/accounts wherever required.



Ensure compliance with tender-specific conditions, including experience certificates, turnover requirements, registrations, affidavits, declarations and statutory documents. Handle online bid submission, including uploading documents and filling financial/technical bid details. Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, awarded and rejected tenders. Monitor tender corrigendums, amendments, extensions and pre-bid clarifications. Coordinate preparation and submission of pre-bid queries and clarifications. Follow up on tender results, technical evaluation, financial opening and award status. Maintain proper records of tender documents, submitted bids, BOQs, quotations and correspondence. Coordinate with railway departments/authorities and internal teams whenever required during the tendering process. Assist management in evaluating tender opportunities based on eligibility, competition, project scope and commercial viability.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
