We’re Hiring | Reservation Associate

Ginseng Hotels is looking for a Reservation Associate to join our growing team!

If you enjoy interacting with customers, understanding their travel requirements, and helping them find the right hotel and stay options, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle incoming hotel booking calls & enquiries
- Understand guest requirements and suggest suitable hotel/room options
- Assist with rates, availability, packages & booking queries
- Convert enquiries into confirmed reservations
- Follow up on pending enquiries and leads
- Maintain accurate booking & customer data in CRM
- Coordinate with hotels and internal teams for smooth reservations

What We’re Looking For:

- 1–3 years of experience in Hotel Reservations / Hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
- Robust follow-up and conversion skills
- Customer-focused and proactive approach
- Knowledge of hotel booking processes is an advantage
