Role & responsibilities

· Plan, manage, and supervise all activities related to Garment finishing processes (e.g., dyeing, washing, coating, and printing).

· Ensure adherence to quality standards for finished fabrics and garments.

· Monitor production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.

· Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address any defects or issues during finishing.

· Optimize finishing processes to minimize waste and reduce costs.

· Maintain and troubleshoot finishing machinery to avoid downtime.

· Train and supervise finishing team members to improve productivity and performance.

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure the availability of finishing materials.
