STAR ESTATE is looking for a Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our real estate sales team in Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate sales leads.
- Handle inbound enquiries and provide information about real estate projects, pricing and offers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant project details.
- Schedule site visits for interested customers.
- Maintain accurate lead details, call records and follow-up status in CRM / Excel.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further customer follow-ups.
- Work towards assigned monthly calling, lead generation and site visit targets.

Requirements





- 1–3 years of experience in real estate telecalling / telesales preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good command of Hindi and basic working knowledge of English.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems.
- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.
- Candidates who can commute conveniently to the Ghaziabad location are preferred.
