We are a leading two-wheeler and spare parts distributor. We are looking for a confident, energetic Telesales Executive to manage our business-to-business (B2B) client relationships. Your main role will be to connect with sub-dealers, local workshops, and retailers to pitch inventory, take daily orders, and manage sales booking over the phone.Key Responsibilities (What you will do):

- Outbound Calling: Call existing and new sub-dealers daily to update them on new vehicle stock, colors, schemes, and spare parts.
- Order Booking: Handle inbound inquiry calls from clients, check stock availability in our warehouse, and accurately write down or punch their orders.
- Target Achievement: Follow up closely with the network to maximize daily booking numbers and meet monthly sales targets.
- Coordination & Dispatch: Pass the confirmed order details to the warehouse team for timely loading and dispatch.
- Payment Tracking: Inform clients about their billing amounts and follow up politely for outstanding payments.
- Experience:



FRESHER ALSO MAY APPLY OR Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or B2B Order Taking. (Experience in Automobiles, Two-Wheeler's, or Spare Parts is a huge advantage).
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a polite and convincing phone manners. Ability to speak fluently in Hindi/English/Local Language
- Skills: Good negotiation skills and the ability to handle client rejections.
- Tech Basics: Basic knowledge of handling a smartphone, WhatsApp Business, and maintaining a simple sales register or MS Excel sheet.
