Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior AI Architect to lead the design and deployment of enterprise-scale AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AWS, and Python.

You will drive AI architecture strategy, lead end-to-end solution delivery, mentor engineering teams, and build secure, scalable, and high-performance AI solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and lead enterprise-grade AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines.
- Define AI/ML architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable AI architectures.
- Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery on AWS, including data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks for enterprise adoption.
- Guide and mentor AI/ML engineers, GenAI developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Ensure security, compliance, scalability, performance, and cost optimization across AI workloads.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and present architecture roadmaps and recommendations.
- Drive POCs and pilot projects to validate innovative AI solutions.
- Maintain architecture documentation, technical guidelines, and knowledge-sharing resources.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 15–19 years of overall technology experience.




- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant AI/ML experience, with strong AI architecture and solution design expertise.
- Strong experience designing and deploying Generative AI solutions using LLMs such as GPT, Llama, or similar models.
- Hands-on expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and pipelines.
- Minimum 6–7 years of strong AWS experience, including services such as SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, S3, IAM, ECS/EKS, and DynamoDB.
- Minimum 6–7 years of Python programming experience.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, MLOps, CI/CD, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture standards and technical best practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

Good to Have

- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow.
- Exposure to Azure, GCP, or hybrid cloud environments.
- Knowledge of Responsible AI, model interpretability, and AI ethics.
- Experience in regulated industries such as BFSI, healthcare, or manufacturing.
