- Oversee complete day-to-day outlet operations
- Drive outlet sales, profitability, and overall growth
- Lead, manage, and develop the outlet team
- Maintain high standards of service and guest experience
- Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and support teams
- Monitor staff performance, productivity, and discipline
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and operational standards
- Manage guest feedback and resolve operational issues
- Control inventory, wastage, and operating costs
- Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs and standards
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
