1. Hiring Objective

We are exploring the feasibility of building an in-house graphic design function for Nandan

Coffee to manage the brand’s ongoing creative requirements across digital, print, café

environments, campaigns, events and partnerships. The objective is to assess whether an

internal design resource can provide:

 Greater creative consistency

 Faster turnaround

 Better understanding of the Nandan Coffee brand

 Reduced dependence on external designers/agencies

 Greater ability to respond to day-to-day marketing requirements

This is currently an exploratory hiring exercise. Final hiring will be subject to commercial

feasibility and evaluation of available candidates.

supervision.

continuity if commercially viable.
