Role Summary
Design and deliver therapeutic exercise routines and specialized weight-loss appliance treatments. This role focuses on assessing client fitness levels, executing safe fitness/slimming SOPs, operating advanced appliances, and collaborating with in-house specialists to drive high client satisfaction and wellness results.
Key Responsibilities
Client Assessment & Fitness Planning

- Assess client fitness levels, review medical reports, and identify special physical needs.
- Design safe, customized therapeutic exercise plans focusing on posture, cardio-respiratory fitness, strength, and flexibility using tools like resistance bands, dumbbells, steppers, and physio balls.
- Conduct periodic group exercise sessions to address common client fitness goals.

Appliance & Therapy Execution

- Perform hands-on slimming and wellness sessions using advanced appliances strictly adhering to SOPs.
- Personally execute treatments (same-gender clients) and guide nurses/therapists on the correct placement of bandages, pads, modes, and applicators.
- Understand and enforce medical contraindications and appliance safety guidelines during package bookings.

Operations, Hygiene & Administration

- Ensure timely preventive maintenance and safe handling of all physiotherapy tools and equipment.
- Sterilize tools, maintain hygiene standards, and track slimming product stock levels.
- Maintain accurate client records,



update progress entries in operational software, and assist dietitians with execution entries.
- Schedule appointments and generate client progress reports.
- Refer clients with skin or hair concerns to appropriate in-house experts.
- Support promotional slimming events and participate in continuous skills training.

Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience

- Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT), Bachelor of Applied Sciences – Physiotherapy, or Graduate Diploma in Exercise & Sports Science.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar wellness, slimming, or clinical environment.

Skills & Qualifications

- Robust technical expertise in physical assessment and advanced slimming appliance operation.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and high personal hygiene standards.
- Good communication skills to explain medical recommendations and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work in shifts, accept additional responsibilities, and transfer to other locations if needed.
