Job Title: Operations / Production Manager Industry: Aluminium / Manufacturing / Windows & Building Solutions Experience: Relevant experience in production, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing Key Responsibilities: 1. Production & Manufacturing Oversight Supervise and streamline production processes to achieve quality, productivity, and efficiency targets. Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and material usage norms. Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders. 2. Supply Chain & Inventory Management Oversee procurement of raw materials such as aluminium, glass, hardware, and other required materials. Manage vendor relationships, pricing negotiations, and inventory control. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials while avoiding shortages or overstocking. 3. Project Execution & Installation Coordination Plan and schedule orders for timely installation at customer sites. Coordinate with site teams, technicians, project managers, and other stakeholders.



Address site-related challenges and ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction. 4. Quality Control Implement and monitor quality control processes across production and installation. Ensure products meet defined quality standards and specifications. Handle customer complaints and non-compliance issues with appropriate corrective actions. 5. Team Leadership Lead operations staff including production supervisors, logistics coordinators, and warehouse staff. Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance. Conduct performance reviews and provide training wherever required.
