Your Role

- We are seeking a skilled Power BI / Power Platform Developer to join Gentherm team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Power BI along with hands-on experience in Power Apps and Power Automate. Exposure to Databricks, SQL, and Azure technologies will be highly beneficial. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing data-driven solutions to support business decision-making.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Develop and enhance business applications using Power Apps
- Build and manage workflows and automation using Power Automate
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions
- Perform data modeling, DAX calculations, and optimize report performance
- Work with SQL to extract, transform, and validate data from multiple sources
- Support data engineering or analytics workloads with exposure to Databricks
- Ensure data accuracy, security, and governance best practices
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
- Provide documentation and support for developed solutions

Your Profile

- Strong hands-on experience 7+ Years in Power BI (reports, dashboards, DAX, data modeling)




- Experience with Power Platform tools:
- Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps)
- Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations)
- Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis
- Basic exposure to Databricks
- Understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (is a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder interaction skills
