About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Image Retoucher to join our creative production team. The candidate will be responsible for editing and retouching images while maintaining high-quality standards, consistency, and accuracy according to client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Retouch and enhance images using Adobe Photoshop.
- Perform background removal, clipping path, masking, and image cleanup.
- Carry out skin retouching, colour correction, exposure adjustment, and image enhancement.
- Work on product, jewellery, fashion, and commercial images.
- Create realistic shadows, highlights, reflections, and shine effects where required.
- Remove unwanted objects, spots, blemishes, and other imperfections.
- Maintain image quality, colour accuracy, and consistency across batches.
- Follow project guidelines, production workflows, and client specifications.
- Complete assigned work within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Review final images and make corrections when required.

Required Skills

- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of layers, masks, paths, selections, and adjustment layers.




- Knowledge of clipping path, image masking, retouching, and colour correction.
- Valuable eye for detail and image quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work according to production guidelines.
- Good time-management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Experience

- 2 years of experience in image editing/retouching is preferred.
- Freshers with good Photoshop skills and a strong portfolio may also be considered.

Education

- Any degree/diploma or relevant certification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
