Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated BIM Architect / BIM Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of architectural standards, a keen eye for detail, and experience in multidisciplinary coordination. You will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, producing high-quality documentation, and coordinating with architects and consultants to ensure seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

- Creation and development of BIM models for architectural projects at various stages (concept to construction documentation).
- Preparation of detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and construction sheets adhering to industry standards.
- Review and interpretation of architectural drawings and specifications.
- Coordination with external consultants (Structural, MEP, etc.) for interdisciplinary integration and clash resolution.
- Ensure architectural details are correctly modeled and documented according to project requirements.
- Participate in project meetings and support design teams in implementing BIM execution plans.
- Maintain project standards in modeling and documentation as per client requirements.




- Manage and update project files and maintain an organized BIM environment.
- Assist in QA/QC of BIM models and drawings before submission.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in architecture and/or BIM modeling.
- Proficient in Revit Architecture; knowledge of Navisworks, ACC or other cloud-based collaboration platforms is a plus.
- Experience in multidisciplinary coordination (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
