Pushp Vatika Resort & Lawns (Bansal Hotels and Resorts Pvt. Ltd.) is a young, fast-growing hospitality company in Panvel, Navi Mumbai. We are setting up our HR department from scratch and are looking for a driven early-career HR professional who wants ownership from day one, with room to grow into leading the function.

Salary: Rs 30,000 per month gross. Full-time, on site at the resort in Panvel. 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, 6 days a week.

What you will own:

End-to-end recruitment for all resort departments (housekeeping, F&B;, front office, kitchen, banquets).

Onboarding, employee records, offer and appointment letters.

Attendance, leave management and monthly payroll inputs.

Statutory compliance coordination: PF, ESIC, PT, Maharashtra Shops and Establishments.

Drafting and rolling out HR policies, SOPs and the employee handbook.

Employee engagement, grievance handling and discipline.

Training coordination and performance reviews.

Who we are looking for:

0 to 2 years of HR experience. Strong freshers with an HR qualification (MBA/PGDM-HR, MSW or similar) are welcome.

Clear communication in English and Hindi.



Marathi is a plus.

Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets. Exposure to payroll or compliance is a plus.

Organised, firm but fair with people, and eager to build systems rather than inherit them.

Hospitality exposure is helpful but not required.
