Job role: Tele Collections Officer

Overview of the Job: Overlooking Collection portfolio for various NBFC Partners

Work location: Webel IT Park, Taratala, Kolkata, Near Brace Bridge Rail Station.

Desired Profile:

- Must be a graduate
- Should be efficient in Ms Office & Email coordination.
- Candidate must have good English & Hindi communication skills

Experience: 1 to 3 years

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for overseeing all loan processing and collections.

· Prepare daily activity reports and MIS.

· Calling Customers and attending inbound calls
