We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing, paid advertising, social media, and performance marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing and social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead performance marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, conversions, revenue growth, and ROI.
- Develop audience segmentation and targeting strategies to reach relevant and high-value customers.
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Plan and manage social media content calendars, campaigns, promotions, videos, reels, graphics, and other digital content.




- Oversee the creation of engaging and conversion-focused ad creatives, social media content, landing pages, and marketing materials.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, or a related discipline.
- Skilled certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, HubSpot, SEO, Go High Level or digital marketing are desirable.
- Relevant qualifications or training in AI, marketing automation, data analytics, or performance marketing would be an advantage.

Experience

- 7 + years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, PPC, paid advertising, or performance marketing, preferably with experience at management level.
- Strong knowledge of contemporary digital marketing principles and performance-driven marketing strategies.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
