In this role, you will play a key part in managing sales documentation, coordinating team efforts, handling client communications, and keeping operations running smoothly under pressure.
Key Responsibilities

- Sales Administration & Documentation: Draft, organize, and maintain sales contracts, proposals, reports, and customer records.
- Team Coordination: Act as a central bridge between the sales team, management, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and timely follow-ups.
- Client Communication: Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service.
- Performance Under Pressure: Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and sales targets.
- Process Support: Assist in tracking sales metrics, updating CRM systems,



and organizing team schedules.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (or equivalent relevant work experience).
- Experience: Open to both freshers with strong potential and experienced candidates with a background in sales administration or coordination.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage paperwork, documentation, and multi-task under tight timelines.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively, support team members, and handle high-pressure situations with composure.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
