1. Hospital & Doctor Outreach / Business Development

- Cold-open new relationships with hospitals, gynaecologists, paediatricians, and maternity units in Gurugram/ residing city (and eventually NCR) this role is expected to independently identify and approach prospects, not only follow up on warm leads
- Represent EverBliss and Deepti in person at hospitals and clinics, introducing programmes (Nivara, Aarambh, Shubh Aagman, Annaprashan, Nightingale) B2B offering
- Set up meetings between Deepti and hospital administrators, doctors, or HR/DEI leads at corporates
- Follow up consistently on partnership conversations, proposals sent, and referral pipelines so nothing goes cold
- Track outreach activity and partner status in a simple CRM or tracker

2. Operations

- Manage client and partner scheduling, consults, hospital meetings, follow-ups
- Own the lead tracker and WhatsApp follow-up flow; escalate hot leads to Deepti directly
- Keep documents, proposals, and programme materials organised and up to date
- Take Client Calls and follow the culture of EverBliss




- Manage old client relationships, proactively reach out to past clients to share new programmes, offerings, and projects
- Manage Instagram/social stories only, select and schedule the right content to share, aligned with EverBliss's tone and messaging
- Own community management, respond to comments/DMs, engage followers, maintain a warm and responsive brand presence
- Coordinate content calendar with Deepti for consistency across programmes (Nivara, Aarambh, Shubh Aagman, Annaprashan, Nightingale)

Client & Programme Support

- Support meal plan creation for babies under Deepti's direct guidance and review — no independent nutrition advice given
- Keep programme materials, proposals, and documents organised and current

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
