Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our India marketing team, ensure high-quality creative and digital outputs, and align marketing execution with our Australian brand and audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
- Review and ensure quality of marketing content, campaigns, designs, and creatives.
- Align marketing strategies with Australian market requirements.
- Drive AI-powered marketing workflows and productivity.
- Manage projects, deadlines, and team performance.
- Collaborate with the Australian marketing team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in management or QA.




- Experience working with international brands, preferably Australian or Western markets.
- Robust knowledge of digital marketing, creative review, and campaign execution.
- Proficiency in AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and quality-assurance skills.

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
