We are hiring for the position of Legal Manager with Real Estate experience.

Position Details:

- Role: Legal Manager
- Industry: Real Estate
- Experience Required: 5+ Years
- Key Expertise: Title Due Diligence, Title Verification, Property Documentation, Land & Real Estate Legal Matters
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Less than 15 Days
- Salary: As per industry standards

Key Responsibilities:

Title Due Diligence & Verification

- Conduct detailed title due diligence for land and property acquisitions.
- Examine title documents, revenue records, encumbrance certificates, sale deeds, partition deeds, gift deeds, wills, and related property documents.
- Verify ownership history and chain of title for properties.
- Identify legal risks, encroachments, litigations, easements, and title defects.
- Prepare title search reports, legal opinions, and due diligence reports.
- Coordinate with external advocates, surveyors, and government authorities for title verification.





Documentation & Agreements

- Draft, review, and vet agreements including Sale Agreements, Lease Agreements, Development Agreements, Joint Development Agreements (JDA), Power of Attorney, MOUs, and Vendor Agreements.
- Ensure proper registration and stamping of legal documents.
- Support transaction closures and documentation compliance.

Regulatory & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable property laws, RERA regulations, land laws, municipal laws, and local authority requirements.
- Liaise with Sub-Registrar Offices, Revenue Departments, Municipal Authorities, and other government bodies.
- Monitor legal compliance related to land acquisition and real estate transactions.
