We are looking for two detail-oriented, computer-savvy people to help manage our online question bank, maintain website content, and test our learning platform.

If you enjoy working with data, exploring websites thoroughly, spotting mistakes, and using AI tools to improve your work, we would like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Upload, update, organise, and maintain questions, answers, explanations, and other learning content.

•⁠ ⁠Check data for accuracy, formatting errors, missing information, and duplicate entries.

•⁠ ⁠Keep website content and records accurate and up to date.

•⁠ ⁠Thoroughly explore and test website features, pages, and student journeys.

•⁠ ⁠Identify broken links, incorrect content, usability problems, and features that do not work as expected.

•⁠ ⁠Report issues clearly with screenshots, steps to reproduce the problem, and relevant details.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the technical and content teams, track reported issues, and verify fixes.

•⁠ ⁠Suggest practical improvements to the website and student experience.

•⁠ ⁠Use AI tools to support content checks, data organisation,



and routine tasks while verifying the accuracy of their output.

What we are looking for

•⁠ ⁠Excellent computer skills and confidence learning new digital tools.

•⁠ ⁠Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and the ability to use them effectively.

•⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to checking work.

•⁠ ⁠Positive English reading and writing skills for reviewing content and reporting issues.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to follow instructions, manage recurring tasks, and meet deadlines.

•⁠ ⁠Curiosity to explore features deeply and identify problems independently.

Helpful experience

Experience in data entry, website content management, question bank maintenance, education platforms, or manual website testing would be an advantage.
