We are looking for a hands-on Content & Digital Presence Executive to take ownership of our day-to-day digital presence.

What You'll Do

· Plan and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Business Profile and WhatsApp

· Create engaging posts, carousels, creatives, reels and short videos

· Manage content for both the Recruiting Genie brand and Founder's LinkedIn profile

· Maintain a consistent brand identity across digital platforms

· Build and manage a monthly content calendar

· Convert business ideas, hiring insights and workplace topics into useful content

· Repurpose one content idea across multiple platforms

· Support campaigns for RG's services, training programs and business initiatives

· Monitor basic content performance and prepare monthly reports

· Keep website and online profiles updated with relevant information

· Identify opportunities to improve RG's overall digital presence





What We're Looking For

· 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital marketing

· Solid written English and good communication skills

· Good Canva/design skills

· Basic video/reel editing skills

· Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram

· Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing analytics

· Ability to use AI tools effectively for research and content creation

· Strong attention to detail

· Most importantly — ownership and initiative

We are looking for someone who can think, create and execute independently, not someone who waits for daily instructions about what to post.
