We are looking for a responsible and proactive Night MOD (Manager on Duty) to oversee smooth hospital operations during night hours and ensure quality patient care, safety, and coordination among departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise overall hospital operations during night shift
- Coordinate with Nursing, Security, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Clinical departments
- Handle emergency situations and patient grievances effectively
- Ensure discipline, attendance, and smooth functioning of support services
- Monitor hospital safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness
- Prepare shift reports and escalate critical issues to management

Eligibility

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Hospital Administration or relevant field
- Experience in hospital operations preferred
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and work independently during night hours

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
