- Handle enquiries from students and parents through calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
- Understand students’ academic backgrounds, career goals, and course preferences.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Counsel students and parents and recommend suitable programs based on their requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students regularly and maintain a healthy admission pipeline.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with academic, operations, and finance teams during the admission process.
- Conduct and participate in counselling sessions, seminars, webinars, and education fairs.
- Stay updated on courses, competitors, admission policies, and education-industry trends.
- Provide a positive student experience throughout the admission journey.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
