Project Overview

We are looking for an experienced EUC L2 Hands & Feet Support Engineer to provide onsite technical support for an upcoming project.

The engineer will work closely with remote project, network, and infrastructure teams to support device configuration, network testing, infrastructure setup, connectivity validation, and other implementation activities throughout the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide onsite EUC L2 and Hands & Feet support throughout the office build and implementation period.
- Assist with configuration, installation, testing, and validation of end-user devices.
- Support remote network engineers with onsite installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Connect to switches, routers, and other network equipment using appropriate console cables and facilitate remote access for network engineers.
- Join remote troubleshooting and implementation sessions through Microsoft Teams.
- Perform physical checks, cable tracing, patching, connectivity verification, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Execute onsite instructions provided by remote technical teams and provide real-time status updates.
- Support hardware installation, device connectivity, network testing, and validation activities.
- Troubleshoot L1/L2 EUC issues and escalate complex issues to the appropriate project team.
- Maintain clear communication with remote technical teams regarding project progress, issues, and completed activities.
- Assist with additional technical activities requested by the project team within the agreed scope.

Technical Requirements

- Solid experience in EUC/Desktop Support at L2 level.
- Good understanding of Windows laptops/desktops and enterprise end-user computing environments.




- Basic to intermediate knowledge of networking concepts, including:
- LAN and IP addressing
- Connectivity testing
- Switches and routers
- Network cabling and patching
- Basic network troubleshooting
- Experience providing Hands & Feet support to remote network/infrastructure teams.
- Ability to connect to network devices using console cables and facilitate remote troubleshooting/configuration.
- Familiarity with basic network testing and troubleshooting commands.
- Experience with device installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions from remote technical teams.
- Ability to work independently at an onsite project location while coordinating effectively with remote teams.

Mandatory Requirements

Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

- Must have their own laptop with administrative credentials/access.
- Must have Microsoft Teams installed and properly configured for remote support sessions.
- Must have access to a suitable console cable for connecting to network devices.
- Must be able to work 100% onsite in Mumbai for the complete agreed project duration.
- Must be available to work the required 4 weekend days during the project.
- Must be flexible to support additional project-related technical activities within the agreed scope.
- Must be comfortable working closely with remote network/infrastructure teams through Microsoft Teams.

Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹1,700.00 per day
