Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive responsible for developing new domestic and international B2B clients for our contract manufacturing and private-label business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach new B2B clients in India and international markets.
- Generate enquiries for contract manufacturing, third-party manufacturing and private labeling.
- Connect with brands, importers, distributors and marketers through calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Understand client product, packaging, quantity and pricing requirements.
- Coordinate with the BDM and internal teams for samples, quotations and product development.
- Regularly follow up on enquiries, samples and quotations.




- Support negotiations and convert qualified enquiries into commercial orders.
- Maintain an updated pipeline of leads, enquiries and potential orders.
- Develop repeat business and long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up for commercial documentation and payments where required.
- Attend exhibitions and client meetings when required.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in B2B sales/business development.
- Experience in cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, contract manufacturing, private label or exports preferred.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable handling both domestic and international customers.
- Must be proactive in generating current business rather than depending only on company-provided leads.
