Job Description

A UI/UX Designer’s primary responsibility is to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs for websites, web applications, and digital products that deliver a seamless user experience and support business goals.

Roles and Responsibilities
Understand project requirements and convert them into user-friendly design solutions.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes under the guidance of senior designers.
Design responsive and visually appealing websites, web applications, and mobile interfaces.
Work on UI elements such as layouts, typography, colors, icons, buttons, and spacing.
Create and maintain reusable UI components in Figma.




Ensure designs are consistent across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
Collaborate with senior designers, developers, project managers, and QA teams.
Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients and make design improvements accordingly.
Prepare designs and assets for smooth developer handoff.
Review developed pages/screens and identify basic UI inconsistencies or design gaps.
Conduct basic competitor and design research to understand current UI/UX trends.
Follow established design guidelines and maintain consistency across projects.
Keep design files well-organized and updated.
Learn and apply UI/UX best practices, accessibility principles, and responsive design standards.
Take ownership of assigned design tasks and complete them within agreed timelines.
Continuously improve design skills by exploring new tools, trends, and techniques.
