Admission Counselor – The Quantium School

Location: Mokila, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

- Handle school admissions and parent enquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and other channels.
- Counsel parents and students regarding admissions, curriculum, programs, and school facilities.
- Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication throughout the admission process.
- Schedule and coordinate campus visits, interactions, assessments, and admissions meetings.
- Maintain accurate admission records, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion data.
- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Support admission campaigns, events, open houses, and school promotional activities.

Requirements





- Minimum 3 years of experience in School Admissions / Admission Counseling / Education Counseling.
- Experience in an international school, Cambridge, IB, or premium school environment will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, counseling, and follow-up skills.
- Solid ability to interact professionally with parents and handle admission enquiries.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and admission/CRM systems.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice are preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
