About the Role

Ryvanta is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Wedding Decor Designer to conceptualize, design, and execute luxury wedding experiences. The ideal candidate will transform client visions into stunning décor concepts, ensuring every celebration reflects elegance, creativity, and exceptional guest experiences.

This role requires strong design sensibilities, a deep understanding of wedding aesthetics, and the ability to oversee projects from concept development through on-site execution.

Key ResponsibilitiesWedding Concept Development

- Create bespoke wedding décor concepts based on client preferences, cultural traditions, themes, and budgets.
- Research emerging wedding trends, luxury experiences, and international décor styles.
- Develop unique themes and design identities for wedding functions while maintaining overall event consistency.
- Prepare mood boards, color palettes, styling concepts, and design inspirations.

Décor Design & Styling

- Design and style wedding spaces, including:
- Wedding Entrances
- Mandaps
- Stages
- Lounges
- Walkways
- Dining Areas
- Bars
- Photo Booths & Photo Opportunities
- Floral Installations
- Ceiling Installations
- Welcome Areas
- Guest Experience Zones
- Select flowers, fabrics, furniture, props, décor elements, lighting concepts, and styling accessories.
- Ensure every design aligns with the client's vision and event objectives.

Client Presentations

- Create professional design presentations using Canva and other presentation tools.
- Present décor concepts, mood boards, layouts, and visual references to clients.
- Incorporate client feedback while maintaining design quality and practicality.




- Coordinate with graphic and branding teams to ensure thematic consistency across all event collaterals.

Design Planning & Coordination

- Collaborate with the 2D & 3D Design team for layouts, renders, and technical drawings.
- Plan guest flow, space utilization, and décor placement.
- Coordinate with production and fabrication teams to ensure designs are executable within timelines and budgets.
- Finalize materials, finishes, and décor specifications.

Vendor & Production Management

- Coordinate with florists, lighting vendors, fabricators, furniture suppliers, printers, and décor partners.
- Finalize production requirements and material selections.
- Ensure all vendors understand design expectations and quality standards.

Venue Recce & Site Planning

- Conduct venue visits to assess site conditions and opportunities.
- Review measurements, layouts, and production requirements.
- Plan décor installation timelines, logistics, and setup strategies.

On-Site Wedding Execution

- Supervise décor installation and venue styling.
- Ensure execution matches approved concepts and presentations.
- Coordinate with venue teams, vendors, and production staff during setup.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining design integrity.
- Conduct final quality inspections before client handover.

Design Innovation & Development

- Maintain a library of décor references, floral inspirations, material samples, and wedding trends.




- Continuously develop new themes, styling ideas, and luxury wedding experiences.
- Research innovative materials, décor techniques, and global wedding trends.

Required Skills

- Strong creative, conceptual, and styling abilities.
- Excellent understanding of luxury wedding décor and event aesthetics.
- Knowledge of flowers, fabrics, furniture, lighting, and décor materials.
- Proficiency in Canva for client presentations.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop is preferred.
- Understanding of event layouts, production, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Event Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in wedding décor, event styling, luxury hospitality, event design, or related industries.
- Robust portfolio showcasing wedding concepts, décor styling, and creative presentations.
- Passion for luxury weddings, design innovation, and client experiences.
- Willingness to travel for venue visits, client meetings, and event execution.
- Proactive mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
