About the Role:

- We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment along with day-to-day HR and payroll operations. This is a hands-on execution role where HR systems and payroll tools are already in place.

- You will work closely with the Operations Head and Founders, owning the complete hiring process while ensuring smooth HR operations and accurate payroll processing

Key Responsibilities:

- Talent Acquisition (End-to-End Ownership)

- - Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for open roles
- Draft and post job descriptions on hiring platforms
- Source and screen candidates independently
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Manage candidate communication and follow-ups

- Roll out offer letters and manage joining formalities

- Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment data

- HR Operations (Zoho People)

- - Manage attendance, leave, and employee records using Zoho People
- Maintain employee data and documentation
- Track employee lifecycle updates and HR-related records
- Respond to routine HR-related queries

- Payroll Management (Zoho Payroll)

- - Process monthly payroll using Zoho Payroll




- Generate payslips and payroll reports
- Support reimbursements and full & final settlements
- Coordinate payroll-related data with the external CA

- Employee Support

- - Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Escalate sensitive matters to the Operations Head / Founders
- Support internal communications and basic engagement activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- - 1 – 3 years of experience in HR / Talent Acquisition / People Operations (Fresh MBA HR / BBA HR graduates with hiring exposure are welcome)
- Ability to independently manage hiring end-to-end
- Familiarity with Zoho People and Zoho Payroll (preferred)
- Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
