- Provide nursing care to patients according to hospital policies and clinical protocols.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Assist doctors during procedures and examinations.
- Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records, medication charts, and other documentation.
- Perform admission, transfer, and discharge-related nursing activities.
- Identify and report changes in the patient's condition promptly.
- Follow infection prevention and control practices, including hand hygiene and PPE.
- Maintain proper care and handling of medical equipment.
- Assist during emergency situations and Code Blue/CPR activities.
- Ensure proper patient identification and patient-safety practices.




- Provide patient and attendant education regarding treatment, medication, hygiene, and care.
- Maintain patient privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.
- Follow biomedical waste segregation and disposal procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the patient-care area.
- Coordinate with doctors and other hospital departments.
- Participate in nursing training, quality improvement, and hospital activities.
- Follow NABH standards and hospital policies.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Nursing In-charge or Management.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
