Job Responsibilities
- Design and develop Special Purpose Machines (SPM) and industrial automation equipment.
- Prepare 3D models, 2D drawings, assembly drawings, and detailed manufacturing drawings.
- Design machine mechanisms, fixtures, jigs, tooling, and automation systems.
- Select suitable mechanical components such as cylinders, linear guides, bearings, motors, sensors, etc.
- Coordinate with PLC, electrical, production, and project teams for machine development.
- Modify designs based on customer requirements and machine performance.
- Support machine assembly, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
- Prepare BOM and maintain design documentation.
- Ensure designs meet required quality, safety, and production standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
