Position: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

Location: Dr. Rane Hospital Pvt. Ltd., Chembur, Mumbai

Eligibility

- MBBS from a recognized medical college.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical work experience.
- Valid Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) registration.
- Experience in a hospital, preferably with exposure to cardiology, ICU, emergency medicine, or surgical patients.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular rounds of patients in the ICU, wards and post-procedure areas and maintain accurate progress notes.
- Monitor and manage patients undergoing coronary angiography, angioplasty (PTCA), CABG and other cardiac procedures as directed by consultants.
- Monitor vital signs, ECG, cardiac rhythm, oxygen saturation and other relevant clinical parameters.
- Identify and promptly escalate any deterioration or complications to the concerned consultant/senior doctor.
- Assist consultants during procedures, admissions, emergencies and other clinical requirements.
- Manage routine medical emergencies and initiate appropriate immediate treatment until senior/consultant assistance is available.
- Review and implement consultant orders and ensure timely administration of prescribed treatment.
- Ensure complete and accurate NABH-compliant clinical documentation, including admission notes, progress notes, procedure-related documentation,



treatment sheets, discharge summaries and consent documentation.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, nursing staff, ICU staff and other departments for continuity of patient care.
- Conduct proper clinical handovers between shifts.
- Participate in emergency codes, resuscitation and hospital drills as required.
- Maintain patient confidentiality, professional conduct and adherence to hospital policies and clinical protocols.

- Working knowledge of ECG interpretation and cardiac emergencies.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume cardiac and surgical setting.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Accountability

The RMO is responsible for providing safe and timely medical care to assigned patients, maintaining accurate clinical records, promptly escalating clinical concerns, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and NABH standards.

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
