Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic, results-driven, and highly organized Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at Karnavat Classes, Thane. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving student admissions to achieve monthly/quarterly targets, executing ground-level marketing initiatives across Thane, and managing day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth batch delivery and excellent parent-student satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Revenue Generation (Branch Targets)
- Drive end-to-end student admissions for 11th–12th Commerce, CA Foundation/Inter, CS, and degree programs.
- Handle walk-in inquiries, phone tele-calls, and online leads with high conversion rates.
- Counsel parents and students regarding course offerings, exam patterns, fee structures, and batch schedules.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly target metrics set by senior management.
2. Outdoor Marketing & Field Execution
- Plan and execute localized outdoor marketing activities across schools, junior colleges, and coaching hubs in the Thane region.
- Manage canopy installations, leaflet distributions, banner placements, and promotional drives during key exam/admission cycles.
- Build network relationships with local school/college coordinators to organize seminars, career guidance talks, or workshops.
- Conduct field visits to evaluate local competition and identify untapped student hubs.

Branch Administration & Operations
- Monitor daily classroom readiness, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, AC/projector setup, and overall infrastructure.
- Coordinate faculty schedules, track lecture completion, and ensure punctual lecture starts with zero unannounced cancellations.
- Oversee fee collection, installment tracking, issuing official receipts, and managing petty cash expenses.
- Coordinate the timely distribution of study material, test papers, and routine batch announcements.
- Maintain discipline at the center and serve as the primary escalation point for parent or student grievances.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Commerce background like B.Com / BMS is preferred).
- Experience: 2–4 years of operational, counseling, or field marketing experience (EdTech, coaching institutes, or educational institutions preferred).
- Location Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Thane West/East localities, local junior colleges, and transit points.
- Skills:
- Strong persuasive counseling and sales closure skills.
- Field presence and comfort with outdoor marketing operations.
- Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/ERP data entry.
Work Setting & Key Attributes
- High ownership mindset—willing to balance desk counseling with outdoor execution.
- Ready to work extra hours during peak admission seasons (April–August).
- High professional integrity and strong interpersonal leadership skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
