We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Inside Sales Specialist who can act as a true deal-breaker, turning inquiries into confirmed patient consultations.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales and inquiry calls, converting prospects into scheduled clinic or online consultations.
- Execute outbound sales calls using high-quality leads generated by our marketing team.
- Educate parents and caregivers on our healthcare services, developmental assessments, and therapy programs to build trust and drive conversions.
- Maintain meticulous call logs and update the CRM/call tracker with precise call statuses, customer interest levels, and detailed comments.
- Schedule, track, and execute timely follow-ups with exact dates, times,



and detailed notes for every prospect.
- Escalate complex customer issues, complaints, or scheduling bottlenecks to the Team Leader immediately for swift resolution.
- Compile and present comprehensive weekly and monthly sales performance and pipeline reports to manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Proven track record in inside sales, outbound calling, or healthcare counseling with a strong ability to close deals ("deal-breaker" mindset).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an empathetic yet persuasive telephone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with experience managing data in CRM software or advanced Excel spreadsheets.
- Ability to work under targets and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
