We help clients with buying, selling, renting, and property investment. Our team works with buyers, sellers, property owners, and investors to understand their requirements and provide suitable property solutions.

Job Role

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Executive who can speak with clients, understand their property requirements, and share the details with the appropriate team.

The role mainly involves calling clients, understanding their requirements, collecting information, and coordinating with the Residential or Commercial team.

Responsibilities

- Call clients and understand their property requirements.
- Ask about their location, budget, property type, size, and other requirements.
- Understand whether the client wants to buy, sell, rent, or invest.
- Collect and update client details.
- Identify whether the requirement is related to Residential or Commercial property.




- Forward the client requirement to the respective team.
- Coordinate with the concerned team for further follow-up.
- Follow up with clients when required.
- Update client information and call details in the CRM/system.
- Maintain good communication with clients.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
