Job Description – Purchase Executive IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Purchase Executive responsible for managing procurement activities, developing vendor relationships, obtaining competitive quotations, coordinating material requirements, and ensuring timely availability of materials for smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs).
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with Production, Stores, Accounts, and other departments for purchase requirements.
- Maintain proper records of vendors, quotations, POs, and purchase activities in ERP/MIS.
- Monitor supplier quality, pricing, delivery, and performance.
- Resolve purchase-related issues with suppliers and concerned departments.
- Ensure timely availability of required materials.




- Provide regular purchase and pending order reports to Management.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech / MBA in Purchase, Supply Chain, Mechanical, or related field.
- Candidates with procurement/purchase experience in an industrial environment will be preferred.

Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Vendor Management.
- Freshers with positive communication, negotiation, and coordination skills may also be considered for suitable positions.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates from Industrial Products, Hydraulics, Engineering, Automobile, Manufacturing, Machinery, Automation, Pneumatics, or related industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
