Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, warm calling, and other communication channels.

2. Client Engagement: Communicate with potential clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.

3. Service Portfolio Presentation: Present company's portfolio to clients over the phone, highlighting key features, requirements, and benefits.

4. Negotiation: Negotiate terms of sale or lease, including price, timing, and other relevant terms, to close deals successfully.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

6. Follow-up: Follow up with leads and clients regularly to provide updates, answer questions, and address concerns, ensuring a smooth sales process.

7. Documentation: Assist clients with necessary documentation and paperwork required for project implementation.

8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales team members and different departments to maximize sales opportunities and share market insights.

Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.

10. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process and even after the deal is closed to ensure client satisfaction and potential referrals.

11. Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, client preferences, and suggestions for improving sales strategies.

12. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about the latest industry developments, sales techniques, and best practices through training programs, workshops, and self-study.

13. Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining client databases, preparing reports, and coordinating appointments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
