DTP cum Print Production Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented DTP cum Print Production Executive to manage print-ready artwork, coordinate print production, and ensure the timely execution of branding and event collateral. The ideal candidate should possess strong DTP skills, a valuable understanding of printing processes and materials, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and production partners.

Key Responsibilities - DTP & Artwork

- Prepare and finalize print-ready artwork for various branding materials.
- Modify, resize, and adapt artwork as per production specifications.
- Ensure files are print-ready with correct dimensions, bleed, crop marks, color profiles (CMYK), and resolution.
- Perform artwork quality checks before releasing files for production.
- Coordinate with designers to resolve artwork-related issues.

Print Production

- Plan and coordinate end-to-end print production activities.
- Liaise with print vendors and fabrication partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor production schedules and maintain quality standards.
- Verify color accuracy, material specifications, and final output.
- Coordinate installation requirements for event branding and signage.
- Maintain production records, vendor quotations, and job status reports.
- Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budget.

Vendor & Material Coordination

- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, and logistics.
- Source materials and obtain quotations when required.




- Conduct quality inspections before dispatch and installation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of print production processes and large-format printing.
- Understanding of different printing materials such as vinyl, flex, fabric, acrylic, foam board, sunboard, and signage.
- Knowledge of print file preparation, color management, bleed, crop marks, and resolution.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Printing Technology, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in DTP and print production, preferably in an event management, advertising, or print production company.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in event branding and large-format printing.
- Familiarity with exhibition booths, event signage, backdrops, standees, kiosks, LED graphics, and wayfinding signage.
- Experience coordinating with print vendors and installation teams.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
